FORMS FOR
MINISTERIAL PREPARATION
Below you will find forms that will help in preparing,
supporting, and resourcing women and men called to vocational ministry.

It is very important that you communicate with your Local Church Pastor
and/or your District Superintendent as the process for Ministerial Preparation may differ across the country.

PLEASE NOTE:
In the event of a candidate having been divorced, it is imperative that the process to
“remove divorce as a barrier", be already addressed with your district superintendent.

THE NATIONAL MINISTERIAL
ASSESSMENT CENTRE
The National Ministerial Assessment Centre
is held every year in the month of January.
The reason for this is to allow for more time between the Assessment Centre and the
Boards of Ministry across the country.

Every fall, the National office will send out a notice for the upcoming assessment centre dates.
Your District office will then provide the local church Pastors with a Candidate Application and Pastoral Response form, as well as instructions on how to submit the forms.

**PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING**

1. It is imperative that each qualified candidate has held a local licence for at least one year and be renewed before the date of the assessment weekend.

2. Each candidate is one who requires a DISTRICT LICENSE for the ministry to which God is calling them. Please refer to the "categories of ministry".

3. Each qualified candidate must be recommended by their Pastor and Church Board.

4. It is expected that both candidate and spouse be in attendance for the entire weekend.
